use | solvent red 197 is a benzopyran colorant with high thermal stability, which can be used for coloring various resins and fibers. Fluorescent red GK is mainly used for coloring polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate and other plastics. Especially suitable for light transparent colors. |
preparation | 7-N,N-diethylamino -3-benzimidazolyl -2-iminocoumarin (25g), propylene dieye (5.5g) and 250ml of ethyl cellosolve are added to a 500ml round bottom flask filled with oil bath, and the contents of the flask are refluxed for about 6 hours while keeping the temperature at 180 ℃. The reaction mixture was then cooled to 5°C. The filtered solid is the solvent red 197. The solids were first washed with 50 ethanol and then with 50ml of hexane. |
Production method | Using 4-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde, 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole and malononitrile as raw materials, first 4-Diethylaminosalicylaldehyde is condensed with 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole in DMF and then condensed with malononitrile to obtain the product in a closed loop. After post-treatment and drying, the finished product is obtained. |
